There is a private PCP car park located behind the clinic on Admiral Hard Street. If you choose to park here, please request a temporary permit from Nurse Siobhan upon arrival. Please allow extra time for your journey, as this car park operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional parking options include: 1) Free parking at the Cremyll Ferry car park.

2) 20 minutes free parking beside the Cremyll Ferry corner shop.

3) 2 hours free parking on the roundabout before entering Royal William Yard. 4) Paid parking within Royal William Yard (approximately a 5-minute walk from the clinic).

Unfortunately, the clinic does not have a waiting area.

Please arrive on time.

Yes. A £15 deposit is required for consultations, and a £50-£75 deposit (depending on the treatment and appointment duration) is required for treatment bookings. Your booking fee is fully redeemable against the cost of your treatment, unless it is forfeited due to cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, late arrival, or a no show, in line with our cancellation policy.

We accept card payments, bank transfers, and cash.

We also offer finance options through Klarna and Clearpay to help spread the cost of your treatments.

Gift vouchers are available to purchase in-clinic or via our online booking system.
